Located in the heart of the Marais in Paris, the Georges Pompidou Center reunify in a unique place one of the most important museum in the world, which owns the first modern and contemporary art collection in Europe, a big library for public reading which counts more than 20 000 work stations. You will also find generalist documentation about art of the XXTH century, movies and spectacles areas, a music research institute, educational activities spaces, bookshops, a restaurant and a café.
Faithful to its interdisciplinary vocation, the Center Pompidou proposes annually to the public in its building around thirty exposures as well as numerous demonstrations of international level.

The Center is opened every day from 11.00 am till 10.00 pm, except on Tuesday and May the 1st.
Museum and exposures: From 11.00 am till 9.00 pm
Night opening every Thursday till 11.00 pm for some exposures detailed in the exhibitions agenda.
Brancusi workshop: from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Public Library :
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday : from 12.00 am till 10.00 pm
Saturday, Sunday and holiday days : from 11.00 am till 10.00 pm
Tariffs :
The ticket for the Museum and Exposures gives you an access to all temporary exposures, to the Modern Art Museum, to the Museum gallery, to the Graphic Art Gallery, to the Space 315, to the Brancusi workshop, to the children Gallery and to the Panoramic point of view on Paris (Level 6) : 10 €
From January the 4th, 2006, the access to the Museum and to all exposures is free for -18 years old after taking a special ticket.
