“Trema”
Inspired by Scandinavia but with a 30’s decoration, this restaurant proposes for lunch, "Inuit starters" or "Lapp Balls served with the purée of the day". In the evening, we are more gladly tempted by a "Steak of wild Baltic salmon ", followed by a "Smoked duet of trout and eel with its Swedish brouillade", two tapas ideally accompanied with a cup of champagne. The little plus of the place is in the fine bubbles of this drink. We knew Spanish tapas with its variety and conviviality. This restaurant resumes the same concept with Scandinavian products (salmon, taramasalata, reindeer, and caviar).
The welcome is very nice and the atmosphere of the lounge and of the restaurant will satisfy you if you come in couple as well as between friends. Accompany your Scandinavian experience with champagne and/or vodka and you will be in the seventh heaven.
In brief, it is a place to be quickly discovered for a reasonable 30-40 euro budget.
