“La Petite Sirène de Copenhague”
The Chef is friendly and the siren smiles... the "imperial Salmon smoked in the traditional way" and fishes in the sweet and sour sauce savor in an immaculate place but far from being frozen, a quite Scandinavian charm. The sight on the small courtyard full of greenery, the whitewashed walls, the floor-tiles on the ground and the charming accent of the team assure the disorientation! The menu proposes an attractive selection of wines, Aquavit (sort of Scandinavian vodka) and of Ceres (Danish beer) to accompany dishes or salty / sweet snacks for the most in a hurry. You can take away the salmon and the Danish herring.
Some Danes even find the cooking better than in many restaurants of Copenhagen... Then if you want to discover the Danish cooking, it is here that it is necessary to go!
