“La Crypte de Polska”
Located just next to the Church of the Assumption, the Crypt of Polska is a restaurant dependent on the Polish Catholic Mission. This establishment proposes authentic Polish dishes in a decoration of vaults of the 17th century. To the program: Raviolis in the sauerkraut and mushrooms, the rolled meat of beef stuffed in Saracen's hulled grain, crystallized beets, Polish bitter-sweet soup with smoked sausage, the soup of ceps. The house also organizes evenings with subjects once every 2 months, with musicians.
