Provence, its flavors of market, the aioli and fishes. The “Bouillabaisse” (fish soup) remains the classical author of the genre. We thus selected for you the restaurant of Nice in Paris which does not fail in this tradition.
“Le Petit Niçois”
Southern savours in the heart of Paris
Specialized in the Provencal cooking, the restaurant has a provincial charm. The stone walls remind ancient times: the army of the King would have lived in the building. Arched passages separate tables and the clear colors evoke the South of France, as the fresco representing the Bay of Nice… long ago. The menu accounts many different fishes and the famous “Bouillabaisse” charms the numerous visitors who expect meeting the southern simplicity and warmth.
