Beautiful 1900 decoration for this restaurant of the beginning of the century (taken over in 2002 by the group Ducasse et Thierry de la Brosse boss of “Ami Louis”) with sophisticated and charged set where mix friezes in earthenware, mouldings, wooden and zinc counter, mirrors, pictures and lustrums. Here we bring a jealous care to the decoration and to the pub atmosphere as in the cooking served, delicious and typically of Lyons (quenelle and lobsters, sabodet, pistachio saveloy in brioche, browned pikeperch), in a more sophisticated style but less substantial. We go to the discovery of the neo-Lyons and that works.
