Pedagogical space for discovering sea life, located in the heart of Paris, the Sea and Waters Center is a department of the Oceanographic Institute, which depends on the Albert Ier Foundation. A permanent exposure, Oceans of life, presents the wealth of life in littoral areas and around hydrothermal sources.

Hours : Tuesday to Friday : 10.00 am till 12.30 am and 1.30 pm till 5.30 pm Saturday and Sunday : 10.00 am till 5.30 pm Closed every Monday, January the 1st, May the 1st, July the 14th, August the 15th, December the 25th In august : opening from Tuesday to Friday Annual closing on the two first weeks in September
The booking department opens from Monday to Saturday : 9.00 am till 12.30 am and 1.30 pm till 6.00 pm
Tariffs : Individuals : full rate: 4,6 euros - Children (3 to 11 years old) : 2 euros Supplement for animation: 3 euros Reduced rate : 3 euros by presenting justifying document : young people (12 to 18 years old), jobless persons, numerous family, teachers, students (-25 years old)… Tariffs for group: a group is constituted by 30 children or 30 young people or 20 adults
Children or young people : 2 € per person + 6 € for companions (whatever how many companions there are) Animation (for 30 children) : 40 € Adults group : 3 € per person Guided visit (for 20 adults) : 70 €
