“Bouillon Racine”
In the heart of the Latin District, close to Odéon, this "Broth" (ancestor of the Parisian breweries) established in 1906, remained to its first loves: the traditional Belgian cooking. In a magnificent Art Nouveau decoration, made by fretted woodwork and opalines, you will enjoy the Suckling pig and especially the real coffee ice cream served from a decanter to a cup (liquid coffee foam, light and pleasant, with delicate taste). From 03:00 pm till 07:00 pm, “Le Bouillon” proposes teatime and its homemade pastries.
